      Inviting Airbnb guests to sign a Usage Agreement will help improve compliance. Airbnb is known to attract guests that host parties.

      As for the language used, the text copy used in your Usage Agreement should not conflict with the terms used on Airbnb. It should be the same or use an expanded version with legal language.
