# How can I pull a report that has all active approved reservations?
To get a report of all active approved reservations, follow these steps:
1. Access the Reports Screen:
- Log in to your Autohost dashboard
- Navigate to the Reports screen
2. Download Monthly Reservation Report:
- On the Reports screen, you'll find comprehensive lists of all reservations created each month
- These reports are pre-sorted by:
- When the reservation was created on Autohost
- Check-in date
- Supervised status
- Reservation status (confirmed/canceled)
3. Filter for Active Approved Reservations:
- Once you've downloaded the report, you can use spreadsheet software to filter for active and approved reservations

1. Use Dashboard Filtering:
- Go to your Autohost dashboard
- Use the filtering options to view active reservations directly in the dashboard
