Updating the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) or Usage Agreement in the Guest Journey on the Autohost platform can be done in two ways:
- For Global Updates (Applying to All Properties):
- Log in to your Autohost account
- Navigate to Guest Portal > Screens > Usage Agreement
- Update the Usage Agreement that will apply to all properties
- For Property-Specific Updates:
- Refer to our Knowledge Base Article for detailed instructions
Important Notes:
- Ensure you have the new T&Cs ready, preferably in a digital format (e.g., Word document)
- If unsure whether the new T&Cs should apply globally or to specific properties, clarify this before making changes
- After updating, review the changes in the Guest Journey to ensure they appear as intended
