How can we update our terms and conditions in the guest journey on the Autohost platform?

Updating the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) or Usage Agreement in the Guest Journey on the Autohost platform can be done in two ways:

  1. For Global Updates (Applying to All Properties):
    • Log in to your Autohost account
    • Navigate to Guest Portal > Screens > Usage Agreement
    • Update the Usage Agreement that will apply to all properties
  2. For Property-Specific Updates:
    • Refer to our Knowledge Base Article for detailed instructions

Important Notes:

  • Ensure you have the new T&Cs ready, preferably in a digital format (e.g., Word document)
  • If unsure whether the new T&Cs should apply globally or to specific properties, clarify this before making changes
  • After updating, review the changes in the Guest Journey to ensure they appear as intended
