Additional Guests Verification

Overview

Autohost now offers an enhanced feature to streamline the guest portal verification process for additional guests on an existing reservation. This update provides property managers with a more efficient way to collect verification information for all guests staying at a property.

How to Use Additional Guests Verification

Step 1: Access Reservation Details

1. Navigate to an existing reservation in your Autohost dashboard
2. Scroll to the Reservation Details panel
3. Locate the "Guests" section

Step 2: Add Additional Guests

1. Click on the new "+ Guests" icon
2. A widget will appear allowing you to add additional guests' basic information
3. You can add multiple additional guests as needed

Step 3: Generate Guest Portal Links

• Guest portal links will be automatically generated for each additional guest
• You will need to manually send these links to the primary guest and/or additional guests
  
  

Guest Portal Experience

• By default, additional guests will go through the same guest portal verification process as the primary guest
• This ensures consistent screening and verification across all guests

• Communicate clearly with guests about the verification process
• Send guest portal links promptly after adding additional guests
• Ensure all guests complete their individual verification

Pricing Considerations

• Each additional guest verification will be subject to standard Autohost fees
• Flat fee per listing customers should monitor their reservation quota
