Autohost's Global Sanctions feature provides a robust solution for identifying individuals who may pose a risk to your operations by cross-referencing them against international watchlists.

      The Global Sanctions feature leverages a comprehensive database of international watchlists to screen individuals associated with your business. By identifying individuals flagged for criminal activities, terrorism, sanctions, and other high-risk behaviors, Autohost empowers you to make informed decisions to protect your operations.

      Getting Started with Global Sanctions

      To activate the Global Sanctions feature, simply log in to Autohost, navigate to the 'Guest Portal' tab → subtab 'Add Ons', find the "Global Sanctions" feature and toggle on. Once turned on, if a guest is found on any of the international watchlists, a result will appear within the guest's reservation details under a section titled "Global Watchlist." As seen below:

      Best Practices

      We recommend setting Business Rules to mark all reservations with a match to Review rather than setting them for automatic decline. This approach allows your team to thoroughly assess the Global Sanctions results, ensuring accuracy and avoiding potential accusations of discrimination.

      To set up Business Rules for Global Watchlist, navigate to the 'Screening Assistant' tab → subtab 'Business Rules', and create a Business Rule by clicking the + ADD RULE button, and creating the following rule below:
