Learn about the 'Building' screen in the Guest Portal:
The 'Building' screen is a custom screen that can be set up per building. If you have multiple property listings associated with one building, you can create questions specifically catered to that building. In such a case, this screen will only show up to guests who booked one of those properties. You can require guests to answer in short text, paragraph form, yes/no or multiple choice. With multiple choice, you can indicate which answers, if any, should cause the reservation to be flagged for manual review.
This screen is optional, but beneficial to operators who need to organize screening questions by building.
