Can you force specific screens for specific listings?

Find out how to override the default selections to enable specific screens for specific listings.

Yes, you can force guests who book specific listings to go through a specific flow. To set this up, go to your listings page and click on the gear icon (i.e. settings.)

From there, go through the list of Guest Portal screens to find the relevant items. Set these to be "Required" via the dropdown menu. These settings will override the defaults you have set up in the Guest Portal screens tab.

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to set these requirements at a building level. They must be done per listing. (If you need help getting this down, please reach out to our support team.
