To connect your existing denied persons list in Autohost and ensure problematic guests are properly flagged, follow these steps:- Access the Blocklist Sheet:
- Use the provided Google Sheets link to access your blocklist
- Contact Autohost support if you don't have the link
- Add Guest Details:
- Enter the guest's information into the blacklist sheet
- Include email address, phone number, and/or a full name
- Automatic Screening:
- Autohost's system will automatically screen all future reservations against this list
- Review Status:
- If a match is found, the reservation will be flagged with a "review" status
- Notification:
- You'll receive an email notification when a blocklisted guest attempts to make a reservation
- Update Reservation Status:
- Change the status of problematic guest reservations to "decline" in your property management system
- This improves the accuracy of future risk assessments
