General Guest Portal Settings

In this section, you have the ability to configure various functions.

 

GP General Settings

  1. Enable Notification Emails to PM

    This gives you the ability to receive email alerts when a guest completes the Guest Portal.

    Default Setting: OFF

  2. Enable Guest Portal

    This gives you the ability to turn ON/OFF the Guest Portal. This is commonly used for testing purposes. 

    Default Setting: ON

  3. Force My Company Brand on All Booking Sources

    This gives you the ability to 'force' or display your company logo and colours on the Guest Portal page of all booking sources. 

    Default Setting: ON

  4. Block users using anonymization softwareThis gives you the ability to block connections using VPN, Proxy or Tor to hide their origin.
    Default Setting: OFF

  5. Hide Check-in/Check-out                                                                                                       This gives you the ability to hide Check-in/Check-out times.
     Default Setting: OFF

PMS Integration

Choose if you want to update guest phone and email, if different contacts are provided.
