      Overriding Screens

      While you can customize the Guest Portal via different settings, certain settings will override others.

      For example: If a green risk score reservation is not required to go through ID verification, but the guest booked via Booking.com, where you have a source configured to "require" ID verification, the guest will still see the ID verification screen.

      IMPORTANT NOTE: The order of override priority is as follows: Global settings < Listing settings < Source settings < Reservation settings.

      Remember to consider this order when configuring your Guest Portal screens.
