• No Parties: Prohibiting parties or large gatherings.
• No Smoking: Banning smoking inside the property.
• No Unregistered Visitors: Restricting access to the property to registered guests only.
• Quiet Hours: Setting specific times during which noise must be kept to a minimum.
• Pet Policies: Outlining whether pets are allowed and any related conditions.

Setting Up the House Rules Screen

Customizing the House Rules Screen in Autohost is a straightforward process. Here’s how you can do it:

1. Log into Your Autohost Account:

   • Navigate to Guest Portal > Screens > House Rules.
     
     

2. Enable the House Rules Screen:

   • Toggle the House Rules Screen option ON to enable it for your guests.

3. Customize the Content:

   • Enter your house rules in the provided text box. Be clear and concise in outlining your expectations. Common rules include no parties, no smoking, no unregistered visitors, quiet hours, and pet policies.
     
     

4. Set Field Requirements:

   • Ensure that guests must agree to the house rules before proceeding. This can be done by including a checkbox that guests must tick to confirm their agreement.

5. Save the Configuration:

   • Click "Save" to finalize your settings.

Here’s an example of how you might set up house rules in Autohost:

1. No Parties

   • Description: Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in immediate eviction and additional charges.
