      Importing Listings using CSV

      You can upload CSV files to create or update listings in bulk

      To upload a CSV file to import listings:

      1. Create your CSV file
        1. CSV template
        2. Required fields listed below
      2. Go to: https://portal.autohost.ai/create-reservation
      3. Click on the Upload CSV tab
      4. Click on the Choose File button
      5. Then click Upload

      You will then be able to monitor the import progress until completion.

       

      CSV File Format

      Fields needed for importing listings:

      ACTIVE or INACTIVE

      my_id

      Your internal listings

      		 Must be unique

      name

      Public name

      		 required

      nickname

      Internal name not show to guests

      		 required

      property_type

      The type of the property

      		 Must be valid

      accommodates

      The maximum number of guests

      		 Default: 2

      bedrooms

      Number of bedrooms

      Default: 1

      bathrooms

      Number of bathrooms

      		 Default: 1

      beds

      Number of beds

      		 Default: 1

      check_in_time

      The default check in time

      Default: 11

      check_out_time

      The default check out time

      Default: 16

      location

      Full address of the listings

      Required

      picture_url_thumbnail

      Listing image URL - thumbnail

      Default image will be used if missing

      picture_url_regular

      Listing image URL - medium size

      Default image will be used if missing

      picture_url_large

      Listing image URL - high resolution

      Default image will be used if missing
