Is it possible to connect our account to multiple PMS?

Yes, it is possible to connect Autohost to multiple Property Management Systems (PMS). Here are the key points to consider:

  • Multiple Interfaces: Connecting to multiple PMS requires separate Autohost accounts/logins. A single Autohost account cannot be linked to multiple PMS integrations simultaneously.
  • Partnered Account: Autohost can create a partnered account to achieve integration with multiple PMS.
  • Separate Accounts:
    1. Account 1 (Primary): Shows reservations and information connected to your current PMS (e.g., Guesty)
    2. Account 2: Displays reservations and information connected to the additional PMS (e.g., Escapia)
  • Integration Differences: Each PMS integration with Autohost has unique characteristics. 
  • Configuration: Basic account settings and guest portal flow can be copied, but some items will need separate configuration for each integration.
  • Setup Process: Integrating an additional PMS requires backend steps, training, and setup. The implementation timeline may vary based on your specific needs and Autohost's current workload.
