The ‘Long Term’ screen is a unique, custom screen that is triggered based on the number of nights associated with the reservation. It allows users to target specific reservations with customizable questions and requirements. On one hand, you could use it to offer regular cleaning or additional services. On the other, you could use it to request more personal or employment related information for an added layer of security.
While this screen is optional, we recommended using it to gather additional information for long-term stays. If you need more examples of how to use this screen, reach out to your Account Manager.
