      Default Message Templates to Guests

      Use these message templates to communicate with guests.

      1. AH Booking Confirmation

      2. AH Reminder 1

      3. AH Reminder 2

      4. AH Urgent Reminder

      5. AH Check-In Instructions

      These templates are not unique to a specific PMS provider.

      Ensure that you use the correct personalization variable supported by your PMS.

      If you are using Autohost as your PMS, you can customize the HTML of your message templates to your preferences. Access the source codes of the templates on GitHub: link coming soon

      If your Guest Portal is hosted on a white-labelled URL, be sure to insert it in place of the generic link (https://verifyhub.org) included in the templates below.

      AH Booking Confirmation

      Subject:

      Thank You For Booking [add reservation confirmation variable]

      Body:

      Hi [add guest first name variable], 

      Thank you for booking a stay with us. 

      Here are your reservation details:

      [insert listing/unit variable]
      Check-in: [add check-in date variable]
      Check-out: [add check-out date variable]

      This process will only take a few minutes. Please note: your booking will not be confirmed and you will not be able to receive your check-in instructions otherwise.
