Purpose of Stay Screen

Learn about the 'Purpose of Stay' screen in the Guest Portal:

This screen is used to find out more about the purpose of the guest's stay. Guests are prompted to select a category (business, pleasure or both) and an experience (concert, sightseeing, etc.) that best describes their trip.

This is also an opportunity to glean information that can later be used to improve the guest experience. For example, if the guest says they’re in town for shopping, you can get in touch with them after the reservation has been confirmed and recommend the best places to shop.
