      Terms of Service

      Create your Terms of Service (ToS)

      You are encouraged to create ToS for your company to outline what you consider acceptable/unacceptable behaviour from a guest, including the conditions that govern a guest's stay at your property.

      Your ToS should include your requirements for hosting a guest, which can include:

      • A cleared background check.
      • A government-issued ID.
      • A valid credit card.
      • Plus other requirements you deem important. 

      Having these guidelines in place will help you and your team feel prepared to handle reservations that get flagged for review.
