Setting Up the Thank You Screen

Customizing the Thank You Screen in Autohost is a straightforward process. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Log into Your Autohost Account:

    • Navigate to Guest Portal > Screens > Thank You Screen.

  2. Enable the Thank You Screen:

    • Toggle the Thank You Screen option ON to enable it for your guests.
  3. Customize the Title and Subtitle:

    • Enter a title and subtitle for the Thank You Screen. This helps convey your message and aligns with your brand.
  4. Write a Personalized Thank You Note:

    • Write a personalized note thanking guests for their stay. Express your appreciation for their participation and cooperation in keeping your property and community safe. Let them know that you look forward to hosting them again.
  5. Include Contact Information:

    • Provide contact information, inviting guests to reach out if they have any questions or concerns about their stay or future reservations. This can include an email address, phone number, or a link to your website.
  6. Save the Configuration:

    • Click "Save" to finalize your settings.
