Why am I not receiving reminders for verifications?

There are several potential reasons why users are not receiving reminders for verification or manual approval:

  1. Email delivery issues:
    • Notification emails may be getting filtered or blocked by the email provider.
    • Autohost's email address (no-reply@notice.autohost.ai) may not be in the contact list, causing emails to go to spam folders.
  2. System configuration:
    • Notification settings for reservations flagged for review may not be properly configured in the Autohost dashboard.
    • There may be a discrepancy between expected behavior and actual system functionality regarding when these notifications are sent.

To troubleshoot this issue:

  1. Check spam/junk folders for any missed notifications.
  2. Add no-reply@notice.autohost.ai to your contact list to prevent email filtering.
  3. Contact your email provider to investigate potential blocks or filters.
  4. Review your notification settings in the Autohost dashboard under Settings - Advance.
