- Manual Approval: When you manually approve a reservation, it doesn't automatically change the status from "Pending".
- Guest Portal Completion: The status will only change once the guest completes the required steps in the guest portal.
- Unable to Modify: Autohost support cannot manually modify the status from "Pending" to "Approved" or any other status.
- Guest Action Required: To resolve the "Pending" status, the guest must complete all required steps in the guest portal.
- Reservation Visibility: Despite the "Pending" status, manually approved reservations are still valid and visible in your system.
Remember, while the "Pending" status may persist, it does not affect the validity of a manually approved reservation. The guest's completion of the portal is the final step in changing this status.
