Why is the verification link not working?

The verification link may not work due to the following reasons:

  1. Disabled or Inactive Listings:
    • If the listing associated with the reservation is disabled or marked as inactive in the Autohost system, the verification link will not function properly.
  2. Missing Reservation in Autohost Dashboard:
    • The verification links only work when the corresponding reservation is found in the Autohost Dashboard.
    • If the listing wasn't initially present in the system or is inactive, the reservation may not have been generated in Autohost.

To resolve this issue:

  • Check Listing Status:
    • Verify if the listing associated with the reservation is active in your Autohost dashboard.
  • Enable Inactive Listings:
    • If listings are found to be inactive, enable them in your Autohost account.
  • Perform a Manual Reservation Import:
    • After enabling listings, perform a manual reservation import to ensure all existing reservations for the newly enabled listings are received by Autohost.
