# Importing Reservations using CSV
## You can upload CSV files to create or update reservations in bulk.
To upload a CSV file to import reservations:
1. Create your CSV file
1. CSV [template](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/13n6jhDqsqdgZi3cgceRrGvm5qkASg26ZbQECtWLFSsQ/edit?usp=sharing)
2. Required fields listed below
2. Go to: https://portal.autohost.ai/create-reservation
3. Click on the **Upload CSV** tab
4. Click on the **Choose File** button
5. Then click **Upload**
You will then be able to monitor the import progress until completion.
### CSV File Format
Fields needed for importing reservations:
| **Field name** | **Description** | **Notes** |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `status` | Reservation status | `INQUIRY`, `CONFIRMED`, or `CANCELED` |
| `source` | Booking source | Example: Airbnb |
| `confirmation_code` | OTA confirmation code | |
| `number_of_guests` | The number of guests in the booking | |
| `total_price` | Reservation price | |
| `check_in_date` | The check in date and time | |
| `check_out_date` | The check out date and time | |
| `listing_id` | The Autohost listing ID to associate the reservation to | |
| `first_name` | First name of the guest | |
| `last_name` | The last name of the guest | |
| `email` | The guest email address | Optional |
| `phone` | The guest phone number | Optional |
| `location` | The guest home town | Optional |
| `birth_date` | The guest date of birth | Optional |
