      Importing Reservations using CSV

      You can upload CSV files to create or update reservations in bulk.

      To upload a CSV file to import reservations:

      1. Create your CSV file
        1. CSV template
        2. Required fields listed below
      2. Go to: https://portal.autohost.ai/create-reservation
      3. Click on the Upload CSV tab
      4. Click on the Choose File button
      5. Then click Upload

      You will then be able to monitor the import progress until completion.

      CSV File Format

      Fields needed for importing reservations:

      Field name

      Description

      Notes

      status

      Reservation status

      INQUIRY, CONFIRMED, or CANCELED

      source

      Booking source

      Example: Airbnb

      confirmation_code

      OTA confirmation code

      		  

      number_of_guests

      The number of guests in the booking

      		  

      total_price

      Reservation price

      		  

      check_in_date

      The check in date and time

      		  

      check_out_date

      The check out date and time

      		  

      listing_id

      The Autohost listing ID to associate the reservation to

       

      first_name

      First name of the guest

      		  

      last_name

      The last name of the guest

      		  

      email

      The guest email address

      Optional

      phone

      The guest phone number

      Optional

      location

      The guest home town

      Optional

      birth_date

      The guest date of birth

      Optional
